2023 Hamel Rodeo Vendor Application - Check Payment

The Hamel Rodeo does not allow food or beverage vendors. Applications including payment must be received no later than May 1st to receive the discounted rates. After May 1st the registration fees increase by $25. If you submit an application after June 30th there is no guarantee we will have time to review it and there will be a $100 late fee in addition to the standard registration. All payments after June 30th must be cash. Registration Fees are non-refundable but will be returned if your application is denied.

All vendors are required to complete and submit the MN Operator Certificate of Compliance ST-19 Form. You can download a fillable pdf using the link below, save it to your desktop, and upload it along with your application submission. You do not have to physically sign the ST-19 form when you upload it below. Your Electronic Signature is your certification that all information you have provided to us, including the ST-19 Form, is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you are unable to upload the form print it and mail with your check. You will not be allowed to set up on the rodeo grounds until we have a valid ST-19 form from you.

We will review your application when the required information and payment is received. You will be contacted within a couple days whether your application was approved or denied.

We would love to feature you on our website and in our official souvenir program. In order to be included you must submit your application and payment along with a bio about your company prior to the May 1st deadline. The sooner you provide it the sooner you will be added. Please include a logo, web address, and any social media sites you are on. The info should be emailed to Rowdy@HamelRodeo.org.
